No More Nightmares??: Meek Mill’s court papers could prove Judge Genece’s biased jail sentencing

Meek Mill’s legal nightmares might end in a sweet dream-like plot twist.

As the “Dreams And Nightmares” spitter continues serving a 2-4 year probation violation prison bid, handed to him by Judge Genece Brinkley, another courtroom official has reportedly ordered the release of documents that could prove the trial judge “harshly” sentenced the Philly native after he rebuffed her request he give her a shout-out on a remake of a Boyz II Men track.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, Meek’s defense team accused judge Brinkley of asking the emcee to work her name into a remix of “On Bended Knee,” during a private hearing in her chambers.

She also allegedly asked the DreamChasers leader to ditch his current manager, and hire one of her friends to oversee his musical career.

Reps for the “Wins And Losses” lyricist are said to believe the judge is a failed actress who vengefully sought to take Meek down when he refused her wishes.

The transcript of the hearing, according to TMZ, might prove the Hip-Hop heavyweight’s argument, and could potentially trigger his release from the bing— if the probation violation hearing was actually tainted.

In December, judge Brinkley denied Meek’s bail request, reportedly calling him a “danger to the community,” and a “flight risk.” She also questioned the validity of his drug tests, accusing him of using a “fat flush” to clear his system of any illicit substances.

Meek’s currently serving out his sentence in Pennsylvania’s SCI Chester, where he works around the jail making $.19 an hour.
