Not Here For It: Chris Brown swerves Karrueche Tran’s restraining order papers

Evidently, Chris Brown’s ex girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, can fire off as many order of protection petitions as her little heart desires…But that doesn’t mean the singer is here for accepting shorty’s “please stay away” paperwork..

Sadly, the 27-year-old “Party” vocalist is said to be adding yet another chapter to the seemingly endless mess-saga between himself and his Blasian bombshell former boo…

At a morning hearing in Santa Monica, CA on Wednesday, legal reps for Breezy reportedly told Karrueche’s lawyers that the Virginia bred crooner will NOT allow his law firm to accept service of her domestic violence restraining order.

Attorneys for Kae spilled to NY Daily News claiming after several failed attempts to serve the documents to Chris–even with help of law enforcement–they’ve hired a private company to track him down.

And while the “Run It” boomer has steadily dodged Karrueche’s legal papers, he’s still expected to adhere to the terms of the domestic violence restraining order she was granted back in February.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, the 28-year-old Daytime Emmy award winner requested a judge order C. Breeze stay at least 100 yards away from her, her mother, and her brother after the R&B heavy hitter allegedly told mutual friends that he would “kill” her because if he couldn’t have her no one else could…

In her petition, Kae-bae also accused her ex-honey of punching her in the stomach and pushing her down stairs during their four-year on-again-off-again relationship.

Due to Chris’ unwillingness to receive his homegirl’s restraining order papers, the court was forced to delay a hearing on the matter until April 19.
