Not Today, Not Never: Joey Bada$$ passes on invitation to perform at Trump’s inauguration

President-elect, Donald Trump, caught more curved invites from the Hip-Hop artists he asked to perform his inauguration than a little bit…

And “Land Of The Free” lyricist, Joey Bada$$, just so happens to be the most recent rapper to hand the hated butter-headed incoming-POTUS a “I’m good” reply to his formal request.
HA. HA.
On Thursday, Cinematic Music Group founder, Jonny Shipes, revealed that President Barack Obama’s 70-year-old Oval Office replacement hit up the Brooklyn bred emcee in the hopes to secure him as a stage slayer at his massive celebration on Jan 20…. a solicitation Badmon happily declined.

“Fun fact ‪@realDonaldTrump‬ asked Joey to perform at his inauguration ‪#Curve‬ go that way,” Jonny wrote to Twitter.

No word on what caused Trump to extend an invitation to Joey, especially since the Mr. Robot star made his feelings about the alleged golden shower enthusiast clear on his album, AABA, spitting, “Sorry ‘Murica but I will not be your soldier. Obama just wasn’t enough, I need some more closure. And Donald Trump is not equipped to take this country over.”
As previously reported on Cheekywiki, Tom Barrack, chairman of the Presidential Inauguration Committee told CNN that Trump’s “friend,” Kanye West, wasn’t tapped to perform at the inauguration because he wasn’t “typically and traditionally American” enough for the event.
