Omarion SLAPPED with copyright infringement lawsuit over “Post To Be”

COMING FOR COINNNNNZZZZZ….

While your boy Omarion seemingly hit it big with talks of stealing another man’s girl and eating “the booty like groceries” on his smash song, “Post To Be,” the former B2K frontman is now somewhere undoubtedly singing the blues as he’s been SMACKED with a lawsuit revolving around the poppin 2014 track…

DAMMMMMNNNNN…

HATE IT HAD TO BE YOU, MY G…

International music publishing company, BMG Rights Management, is allegedly DRAGGGGGING the 31-year-old “Touch” crooner to court with claims he and DJ Mustard plagiarized Chris Brown jammy “Came To Do”–which was co-written by the singer/songwriter, Red Wine–when creating O’s platinum-selling project, which also featured Breezy and Jhene Aiko…

According to the legal documents obtained by the Jasmine Brand, BMG teamed up with Red Wine to secure half of the rights to Chris’ “Came To Do”…and now the company wants Omarion and Mustard to cough up $300,000 in damages for supposedly copying CB’s joint.
AND THAT SH** AINT EVEN THR WORST OF IT ALL..
Apparently, the music publishing watchdogs  also wants to BLOCKKKKKKK Omarion from receiving anymore revenue COIN via “Post To Be” until the legal matter have been settled..
AND THAT CAN TAKE F****N’ YEARS…
So far, O has not made any public statements about his lawsuit…
