RHOA’s Kandi Burruss on her dead beat daddy drama: “He’s done zero, nada, and no time put in”

DAMNNNNN DADDY…

The deadbeat baby daddy epidemic tragically continues to plague single mothers and fatherless children worldwide.

UGHHHH…

But for Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kandi Burruss, messy beef with the absentee papa of her daughter, Riley Burruss, has just recently been uncovered and is causing the Grammy Award winning songwriter to spill guts on her family’s exhumed dirt…

“I didn’t want my baby daddy drama to be out there in the world.,” the 40-year-old mother of two told Bossip. “That was something that I didn’t think was a good idea to be exploiting, basically. But he chose to come on the show, unbeknownst to me. I didn’t know that they were even talking to the show about coming on until his girlfriend came on the scene and basically popped up at the studio.”

The “Don’t Think I’m Not,” crooner– who smooth trolled her baby dad, Russell “Block” Spencer, for voluntarily playing a minor role in the upbringing of her 14-year-old child’s life on the most recent episode of RHOA— went on reveal that Block hasn’t paid child support for Riley in over three years.

“Even if you didn’t wanna give what you’ve been told to give, you can go buy a pair of shoes!” Kandi said. “You can do something. He’s done zero, nada, and no time put in.”

The “No Scurbs” creator added, “We live in the same city. So it used to get on my nerves that he’d be on the radio talking about the stuff he’s doing for the community and he’s buying this and that – but you’re not doing anything for your own child. That used to frustrate me.”

Kandi went on to maintain that she’s tirelessly worked at facilitating a familial bond between her baby girl and baby daddy…But sadly, to no avail.

“I would like for him to get things right with Riley, and at this point, it’s not really up to me,” the “Raising Ace” lifestyle brand pusher said. “He was like, ‘I need to be making Riley call him,’ but Riley said to me a few years ago, ‘Why do you make me call him when nobody ever made him call me?’”

She continued, “It’s going to take a long time for him to get through to her- I personally think, because she’s kind of like ‘whatever’ at this point,” Kandi said. “She’s put in her effort. She used to try to reach out to him when she was younger, and ask him to come pick her up, but after you get so many of those no-shows, kids get hurt and they put up their wall.”

SURE DO….

In response to the backlash he received for his fleeting presence in his daughter’s life, Block took to Instagram with a photo of himself, Riley, and Kandi claiming the comments about his parenting made on Real Houswives of Atlanta were “scripted” and that they were all truly “a happy family.”

DO YOU THINK KANDI SHOULD MAKE RILEY SPEND TIME WITH HER DAD OR IS IT UP TO THE KID WHETHER SHE WANTS TO OR NOT?
