RHOA’s Phaedra Parks told the truth about being divorced from locked up Apollo Nida

GAME OVER…

Whether Apollo Nida likes it or not, the marriage between himself and his Real Housewives Of Atlanta starring wifey, Phaedra Parks, is already more DEAD than his cell mate’s two front teeth..

SO CHECK..

Despite the fact that the 43-year-old reality TV vixen went public with the finalization of her divorce from her incarcerated ex-husband after five years of marriage in November, Apollo — who’s currently serving an 8 year bid in a federal penitentiary for cashing stolen checks and laundering over $2 million– recently fired off divorce documents against Phaedra claiming their holy matrimony has been, “irretrievably broken.”

In his papers– which were filed last week– the already engaged jailbird reportedly requested joint legal custody of their 2 children, Ayden and Dylan, as well as an equitable split of their assets.

BRUH, YOU ALL LATE TO THE PARTY…
WELL..

According to docs released on Monday, Phaedra WAS telling the 100% truth about her single status as her and Apollo’s marriage has indeed been officially over since July.

TMZ reports that Apollo was served divorce docs in March… and was even granted an extra four months time to respond Phaedra’s petition by the courts.

HOWEVER…

When the 38-year-old locked up cutie failed to make a peep in reference to his impending permanent split from the Secrets of a Southern Belle author, the judge reportedly went ahead and signed off on the divorce sans Apollo’s signature.

YEEESSHHH…

As for their kiddies, MUVA Phae-Phae is said to have been granted physical custody.. And upon his release from the big house, Apollo will get visitation.

STRAIGHT LIKE THAT…
