Rick Ross slapped with default judgement over missed concert mess

RUN THEM POCKETS, SLIMTHICK…

Rick Ross’ stash is about to be at least one bag of money short as the Maybach Music Group’s big boss is said to be facing a default judgement for failing to respond to a lawsuit over a missed performance.
HATE IT HAD TO BE YOU, DON DON..

SO CHECK…

A few months back, the head honchos over at Mithraic Group Entertainment sued the 40-year-old Black Market boomer for breach of contract and unjust enrichment claiming they paid him stacks on stacks on stacks to perform at the University of Texas alongside Meek Mill and Machine Gun Kelly in 2012.

WELLLLLLLLL…

According to legal docs obtained by Bossip, Mithraic agreed to pay Rozay $110,000 for his set and wired him $55,000 as a deposit. Meek Mill and Machine Gun Kelly– who are also named in the lawsuit– reportedly received $20,000 and $12,000, respectively.

HOWEVER…

The college based concert never went down… And the show promoters claim they were unable to recoup the deposit COIN they doled out to the rappers.

SOOOO…

On top on not refunding Mitharic their monies, the “Hold Me Back,” spitter also failed to properly acknowledge the lawsuit within the time allotted by the state of Florida; thus, the Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts issued a default judgment against him on Nov. 2.

COLD WORLD…
The entertainment company is said to have their palms out for it’s lost funds (plus interest) and legal fees…

Rick has NOT made any public statements about his latest money woes…
THOUGHTS?
