Ring The Alarm: Evelyn Lozada refuses to return $1.4 million ring to Carl Crawford

Carl Carwford's feelings and finances are evidently non-mother f***kin-factors when it comes to his ex-fiancé, Evelyn Lozada, and her supposed refusal to return his $1.4 million engagement ring…

Though their plans for love everlasting are off, word on the curb has it the 41-year-old Basketball Wives starring baddie plans to keep the 14.5 diamond symbol of what could have been between her and the ex-MLB baller on her person, indefinitely..

Sources connected to the soured sweethearts– who got engaged back in 2013– tell TMZ that Evelyn, despite the fact that she recently DEADED their moves towards holy matrimony due to suspicions surrounding Carl's fidelity, is yelling "No takesies-backsies" over the pricy piece of jewelry as she hopes to lock it up in a safe and one day pass it along to either her 24-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Shanice, or the three-year-old son she shares with the athlete, Carl Leo.

However, under California state law, the hot-headed reality television staple is legally obligated to return the blinging proposal present to her bat-swinging would-be hubby–who once signed a $142 MILLION contract — since The Golden State considers an engagement ring a gift that can only be kept by the recipient on the condition the couple actually gets married.

Regardless, Evelyn plugs say she's not budging on giving back her finger blessing…and doesn't expect Carl to put up much of a fight for its retrieval.

So far, neither of them have openly commented on the ring debacle.
