RIP: The Game’s father dies in his sleep

The Game’s father, George Taylor, died in his sleep Wednesday morning.

Sources close to the “Dreams” spitter reportedly claim a family member found him unresponsive in his home in Apple Valley, CA … and alerted a neighbor who called 911.

At approximately 8:30 AM, the fire department arrived to attend to the unresponsive 65-year-old grandpa, according to TMZ. George was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Per reports, there’s been no evidence of foul play surround the death of Game’s dad. However, officials are said to have George’s body now, and are investigating.

Game famously spit about his dad in the song, “Bloody Moon,” off one of his albums. The lyrics on the track go, “My father left me when I was seven, at a home / Left me but took his chrome, I looked up and blood was gone / Man, f*** it, guess in the world I’m all alone.”

Game and George were said to have shared and on/off relationship throughout the rapper’s life. It’s unclear what the status of their relationship was at the time of George’s passing.
