Run Them Pockets: Jas Prince suing Birdman for owed payments in Drake deal

COMING FOR COINS..

Rap-A-Lot Records CEO, J. Prince, recently made it crystal clear that he’s more than prepared to get elbows deep in between Birdman’s booty cheeks in search of the many bags the Cash Money Records honcho allegedly owes Lil Wayne..

WELL NOW..

Obviously taking cues from his ’bout that life daddy, Jas Prince is legally digging in Birdman’s azz for the millions in profits he’s owed for discovering Drake and introducing the Grammy Award winning music monster to the YMCMB label…

In the new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the 29-year-old Houston native drags the Cash Money leader and his brother, Ronald “Slim” Williams, for failing to fully pay him and Aspire Music for the Drake deal.

According to the lawsuit Jas–who hooked Drizzy’s up with Aspire Music Group to serve as his management… and now owns a major chunk of the company– accuses Birdman of fading his contractual duty to pay Aspire Music one-third of his Drake profits.
He also signed Drake to an exclusive deal in January 2013, but the recently filed documents attest that the new contract breached Drake’s original one, and cheated Aspire out of $4 million.

SO NOW OL’ BOY IS COMING CRAZY FOR HIS COIN…

Sources connected to the money dispute claim that although Aspire filed the lawsuit, Jas–who previously reached an $11 million lawsuit with Cash Money in which he said he didn’t receive 22 percent of the advances and net profits he was supposed to get from the Drake agreement– has tapped President Trump’s lawyer, Marc Kasowitz, to bring his A-game in court against the Louisiana bred music mogul…

So far, Birdman has not commented on his latest legal mess..
THOUGHTS?
