Tyrese searched for weapons ahead of child abuse hearing after crying meltdown

If you do the crying, you’re automatically under suspicion of doing a crime… at least that’s the lesson teary-eyed singer, Tyrese Gibson, learned as he was patted down for weapons by courtroom officials today, following his disturbing “Don’t take my baby” display made on social media, Wednesday.

For publicizing an emotional breakdown surrounding his ongoing child abuse case, in which his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, is seeking a permanent restraining order against him, four Los Angels County bailiffs reportedly executed a thorough security check of the 38-year-old “Best Man” singer ahead of his hearing at the downtown L.A. Courthouse on Thursday.

Tyrese–who was said to have declined a settlement deal which would have ended his and Norma’s ongoing baby beef on the grounds he “get the help he needs” and admit to having mercilessly beat their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla–said “Yes, I understand” when the collection of courtroom officers pulled him into a hallway, informing him he’d be searched for contraband, according to TMZ.

Luckily for the “Sweet Lady” crooner, no weapons were found on his person.
Just moments before yesterday’s melt down, Tyrese–who claims to be “almost broke” from paying legal fees in his court case and blames his “bitter” baby mama for sullying his reputation so badly that no one in the entertainment industry will hire him for work–trolled ex-homie, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for “selfishly” accepting a Fast & Furious spin-off movie deal and threatened to leave the franchise if the muscle-bound megastar was asked to return for a Fast & Furious 9.
