Setting Wigs Ablaze: Kendrick Lamar to perform at the 2018 Grammy Awards

Seven-time Grammy Award winner, Kendrick Lamar, has just been added to the lineup of litty luminaries slated to rock the mic at the 60th annual Grammy Awards.

No stranger to snatching edges during music’s biggest night, Cornrow Kenny is now on deck to perform amongst the likes of Childish Gambino, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Cardi B, SZA, Elton John and 22-time Grammy earners U2 on New York City’s Madison Square Garden stage at the Recording Academy’s upcoming celebration of lyrical greatness.

Boasting an impressive seven Grammy nods this year for: Record Of The Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Music Video (“HUMBLE.”), Album Of The Year and Best Rap Album (DAMN.), and Best Rap/Sung Performance (“LOYALTY.” featuring Rihanna), Kendrick stands to be one of the evening’s biggest winners, yet again.

In addition to his Grammy shine, the “I” rapper and his Top Dawg Entertainment label are reportedly in talks for a $20-$40 million publishing deal.

K. Dot’s more recent come ups tightly trail his being blessed with executive producer stain for the forthcoming Black Panther soundtrack, led by songs “All The Stars” and “King’s Dead.”
