Suits & Cases: 50 Cent suing business managers for screwing him in bankruptcy case

Piggy Bank” rapper, 50 Cent, is draggingggggggg his former business managers to court by their snouts for costing him hundreds of thousand of dollars by allegedly f**king up his bankruptcy filing and misappropriating funds for their own benefit.

On Tuesday, south-side Jamaica Queens’ very own “P.I.M.P.” issued legal documents in Connecticut Bankruptcy Court against California-based GSO Business Management LLC which charged that the company “failed to counsel” the 42-year-old rap mogul properly in his 2015 bankruptcy filing—a financial move made just days after Fif was order to pay $5 million to Rick Ross’ baby mama for broadcasting her sex tape with another man, sans her permission.

Per his suit, obtained by PageSix, G-Unit’s Commander-in-Chief claims GSO business managers’ mishandling of his case cost him an extra $200,000 in taxes…

50 also alleges the company, “improperly helped themselves to approximately $90,000 of Jackson’s money and paid itself . . . without prior . . . approval,”— an accusation consistent with a crime that previously held GSO manager, Jonathan Schwartz, in jail for six years after he was found guilty of embezzling nearly $5 million from Alanis Morissette.

The “If I Can’t” spitter is reportedly seeking full compensation and damages.

50 Cent’s lawyers said, “GSO completely disregarded the procedures of the bankruptcy court, and improperly helped themselves to Jackson’s money in order to pay themselves,” via a press statement.
