Suits & Cases for Cactus: Travis Scott sued by fan paralyzed during NYC concert

Travis Scott might have to ask his billion-dollar baby Mamacita for an OD serious loan… As the rapper could be on the hook for millions on millions thanks to a lawsuit issued by a fan injured at his New York City concert.

For allegedly “inciting mayhem and chaos” during his super wild performance at NYC’s Terminal 5 back on April 30, Kylie Jenner’s “Goosebumps” flowing boo is being sued by ex-fan, Kyle Green, who claims he was pushed from the balcony of the venue by another member of Texas bred rhymer’s super rowdy crowd…

Footage captured immediately following his fall featured Travis instructing his team to bring Kyle to the stage, where he gifted the injured music lover with a ring directly off his finger.

Per newly issued legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Kyle claims he was unable to move because the “Pick Up The Phone” spitter’s bodyguards “dropped me in front of the stage. ”

He goes on to allege he was “improperly removed” from the venue “without a cervical collar, backboard and other safety precautions.”

Detailing his injuries to the New York Post, Kyle explained that he suffered fractured vertebrae, a broken left wrist, and fractured right ankle.
Ol’ boy also claims he was left paralyzed on his left side– an injury that rendered him wheelchair bound.

Kyle is seeking bags on bags in unspecified damages…

So far, neither Travis Scott nor any of his reps have publicly commented on the lawsuit.
