Tatyana M. Ali SUING Warner Bros. for stealing the concept of “The Real”

BACK UP, BACK UP…MIND YOUR BUSINESS…JUST MIND YOUR BUSINESS..

The street-fighting techniques that Will Smith taught Tatyana M. Ali on one of the most memorable episodes of 90s sitcom “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” may come in handy as the now 37-year-old actress is going toe-to-toe with media conglomerate, Warner Bros., claiming they stole the concept of, daytime talk show, The Real, from her.
PUT YOUR DUKES UP, BABY GIRL..

SO PEEP…
On Friday, the all grown-up (and knocked up) version of the girl who gave life to TV teen sweetheart, Ashley Banks, on the legendary NBC based comedic series took her talents down to the Los Angeles Superior Court where she filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. demanding COIN for their use of her talk show idea.

According to the legal docs, obtained by Deadline, Tatyana says she pitched the idea for a reality-based daytime talk show with “a unique and innovative format, which featured an eclectic group of engaging female celebrity hosts, each aged within their 20’s and 30’s … designed to pique the interest of the younger side of the mid-life/mid-career female population and featured a variety of contemporary discussion topics in a relaxed and informal setting,” back in 2012, but was told the execs “decided to decline.”

WELLLLLL…
Six months later, The Real debuted as “a direct production” of the concept the Hollywood honey hatched–the show’s five celebrity female hosts even fit the personal and professional profiles Tatyana purportedly suggested to executives during the pitch meetings–and she ain’t happy about it.
“With a great deal of disappointment and complete disbelief,” the suit reads, Tatyana “witnessed [her] concept come to life on major network television at the hands of the Defendant Corporations.”
The actress’ court papers names the then-president of creative affairs at CBS Television Distribution, and SVP Development at Telepictures Productions, along with Warner Bros Entertainment, Warner Bros Domestic Television Distribution and Telepictures as defendants.
Tatyana is gunning for unspecified damages from “all rightful gains, profits, and advantages derived by the Defendants” and a healthy percentage of EVERY ASS check The Real has made in the past and ever will make in the future…
BOOOM BOOOM . .
