Terrence Howard SMACKED with $250,000 lawsuit

LEGAL WOAHS…
Terrence Howard is being summonsed to court by his former talent management company who is GUNNING for a quarter of a million zzzollars of the Empire star’s funds due to his alleged breach of contract…
GOT ZAMN GOT ZAMN…

SO CATCH THIS MESS..
Though we’re more than sure $250K is like chump change to the 47-year-old Black Hollywood honcho–who’s starred in feature films such as “The Best Man,” “Hustle and Flow,” and “Get Rich Or Die Trying,”– the company that claims to have assisted Terrence in landing the iconic role of Lucious Lyon on FOX’s hit series says he stiffed them on the portion of his revenue they were promised.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by EOnline, Authentic Talent and Literary Management filed a formal complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming homie owes them major COIN for failing to pay them their share of commission after they parted ways with the TV star.

The management company–which summarily got the BOOT after Terrence accepted his role on Empire–reportedly claims that they played “a key role in the resurgence of Howard’s career” and provided him with “professional, personal and other advice and career guidance.”
The company maintains that they are entitled to 10% of the COINNNNNNNNS that Howard received while he was working with them…and that includes his Empire salary.
STRAIGHT LIKE THAT…

So far, Terrence has NOT commented on the lawsuit..
