Twitter reacts to “Black Olives Matter” merchandise; Black Lives Matter activists not happy

WE AINT LAUGHING…

While Black Lives Matter is a serious movement set out to end the brutal mistreatment and unjust murders of members of the African American community at the hands of police and vigilantes, an Italian restaurant in New Mexico is making light of the social contribution via “Black Olives Matter” apparel.
BRAH..BRUHHH..BREEEEHHHHH..

SO CHECK THIS MESS…
Owner of Paisano’s pizza and pasta eatery, Rick Camuglia–who caught hell for posting a sign that read “Black Olives Matter, Try our tapenade,” in front of his establishment last month– recently began selling “Black Olives Matter” t-shirts and hats ranging from $20 to $25 a pop as a “fun” way to stay connected with his customers.

Though the word manipulation on the Black Lives Matter phrase has PISSED off a number of people who’ve taken to social media with their complaints, the Albuquerque based restauranteur has reportedly attracted a lot of positive  attention and business from supporters around the world who LOVE his controversial merchandise.

According to CNN affiliate KOAT, Rick refuses to apologize for upsetting BLM activists and says he will NOT remove his Black Olives Matter sign nor will he stop selling the gear.

“People have filled the restaurant and told us to leave up the sign,” he said. “It’s just something to do that’s kind of fun. It’s a little bit different than selling pasta.”
