Waka Flocka asks fans to demand his release from Atlantic Records

Exactly 25 months behind the original drop date of his highly anticipated album, Flockaveli 2, rapper Waka Flocka Flame is not at all pleased with his label, Atlantic Records, delaying his project’s release.

For the last few weeks, the “No Hands” spitting rap god has been putting his twitter fingers to use and altering fans that he wants out of his contact with Atlantic because they are wrongfully holding his forthcoming album hostage.

Initially, Flockaveli 2 was slated to hit Hip-Hop heads on October 5, 2013. 

 
BUT IT DIDNT…

After undergoing a number of delays throughout the following year, Waka planned to drop the project on June 1, 2015 in honor of his late brother, Kayo Redd’s, birthday.

So on Wednesday, Waka hopped on the Twitter begging his fans to call Atlantic and DEMAND his release from their roster.

Though the former “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star retweeted some of the fans who called Atlantic on his behalf, the label has a NOT made any public comments about Waka making their hotline bling yesterday. 

 
As of now, the “Hard In The Paint” lyricist is still singed to the music label and there is still no definite release date for Flockaveli 2.
