Wale explains why he said Frank Ocean got OD support from the Gay community at the Grammys [VIDEO]

NO SHADE…

Wale is making SURE that the comments he made about Frank Ocean receiving HELLA support from the Gay community don’t come and bite him in the a*** the same way the comments he made about Meek Mill and Drake’s BEEF did.

BLOOOP…

HERE’S THE DROP…

After candidly choppin it up with the hosts of Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club on a variety of topics, the 30-year-old “More About Nothing” spitter found himself in pots on pots on pots of hot water due to some of the things he said about his industry homies.

SO…

On Monday, the DC representative made it a point to clarify what he meant when he said that it’s an advantage to be gay in America and that Frank Ocean’s last project got way more attention at the Grammys because of his sexual orientation.

While talking to TMZ, Wale said “[Frank Ocean] got that accelerated pace because of his situation. I’m not taking nothing away from Frank Ocean or anybody in the gay community or straight community, I’m just saying it was a unique situation.”

Before showing off his BAPE Adidas sneakers and hopping in his all black whip, the MMG rapper went on to say that he thinks the “Channel Orange” singer is one of the best writers and the best vocalist in the game right now.
