Wale HIT with lawsuit for allegedly fading $25K performance in NYC

Concert promoters, Upfront and Personal Global, recently filed a lawsuit against Rick Ross’ 32-year-old Maybach Music Group representative with claims the rapper was paid $25,000 to slay a performance in NYC over the summer… But never showed up for the gig.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the show organizers have an alleged signed contract between Wale’s camp and the company, plus 2 wire transfers for $12.5k a piece. 

They also reportedly accuse the “Lotus Flower Bomb,” rhymer of fading the company’s attempts to have their money refunded after bailed on the show.

Upfront and Personal Global is said to be gunning for the $25 RACKS they laid out plus some interest coin!
