X Loves The Kids: DMX begs for house arrest freedom in order to provide for his 15 children

With 15 mouths to feed, DMX is learning just how rough the court system rolls on probation violators as the rap veteran’s house arrest sentence is now f***king up his income…

In the days since being confined to the four walls of his suburban New York City based crib for wantonly fading the travel limitations per the terms of his release from jail after being arrested on 14 counts of tax evasion, Yonkers’ 46-year-old “Get At Me Dog” barker, via his lawyer Murray Richman, is pointing to his large and dependent brood as the main reason why he should be granted the freedom to leave The Big Apple…

On Monday, Murray, according to TMZ, fired off letter to a NY federal judge, in which he requested X be allowed to travel to Atlanta, Vegas, Philly, and L.A. for some August/Sept. gigs … the most immediate being this Thursday in ATL.

Tragically, the courtroom official stamped a big fat “HELL NO” on the Hip-Hop heavyweight’s Atlanta trip inquiry and reportedly made it crystal clear that all X’s requests to leave the house must be submitted at least a week in advance.

As for the “Slippin” spitter’s other out-of-state requests … X’s probation officers allegedly want the judge to hit repeat on his rejection button as they fear major traveling might interfere with DMX’s drug program– the rapper recently tested positive for marijuana and cocaine even though he was order to keep away from the illicit substances whist on probation.

Murray claims he’s working overtime to get X out for some of the upcoming dates, leveraging the sh** out of the fact that the emcee has over a dozen little ones for whom he must provide.

If convicted of tax evasion,
DMX–who’s been charged with owing the IRS $1.7 million– faces up to 45 years in federal prison.
